Dash Display System and Water Pressure Monitoring
Aquamist's 2D and 2S water injection kits are equipped with circuitry that can detect a blocked water jet but what if you want to know that everything is OK on a 1S or 2C system? Not only that, but would you like to know just what the system water pressure is or how much water is flowing?
Aquamist has invested a lot of time developing the Dash Display System 2, DDS2. This system has a flow sensor mounted up from your water injection jet or jets and a dashboard mounted flow readout. Now you can see just how much water your jet is flowing! And it doesn't stop there... DDS2 has outputs that can control an optional boost control valve. Now, if your flow rate drops the DDS2 can limit your boost. So, if your high boost pressure is dependent on the water being injected you can now run it with the peace of mind that DDS2 is looking at the water flow whilst you drive!!
In addition to the DDS2 you might care to monitor your water pressure. Below you'll find some capilliary water pressure gauges that do just the job.

Boost control valve

This Boost control valve is for use with the DDS2. When the water flow rate is within your user definable 'window' the DDS2 activates this valve allowing extra boost on your turbo car.
